Rates for Jan 16, 2012 thru Dec 14, 2012

6 nights or more  $255.00 per night (single or double occupancy),

4 or 5 nights         $285.00 per night (single or double occupancy),

2 or 3 nights         $305.00 per night (single or double occupancy),

Plus $35/nt for each additional occupant

Cleaning fee:

1 or 2 guest $150,

3 or 4 guest $175,

5 or 6 guest $200.

All fees are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 13.416% (GET & TAT)

RESERVATIONS:

A $650.00 reservation deposit is due within 7 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 60* days prior to arrival.  Payments may be by check, money order, or credit card (VISA, MC or Discovery).

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation with 60* or more days written notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $350 cancellation fee. With less than 60* days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to re-book the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
