RESERVATIONS:  A $650.00 deposit is due within 7 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.  Payments may be by check, money order or credit card.
  
CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $350 cancellation fee. TAXES:  All fees are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 13.416%,  (General Excise Tax of 4.166%; and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%.)
SPECIAL RATES EXTENDED thru Dec 14, 2010:
6 nights or more  $195.00 per night (Single or Double occupancy),
4 or 5 nights        $215.00 per night (Single or Double occupancy),
2 or 3 nights        $245.00 per night (Single or Double occupancy),
Plus $35 for each additional occupant per night
Cleaning fee:  1 or 2 guest $150, 3 or 4 guest $175, 5 or 6 guest $200. 
Discount of $50, $75 or $100 if no soaking pool, function of number of nights stay.
